Below you will find two different cold buffets. Additional warm courses can be selected from the list below for extra fee.

Hand peeled shrimp, honeydew and sesame vinaigrette
Crispy smoked pork loin, romaine and parmesan
Marinated feta cheese, oven baked tomato and basil
Vegetable couscous salad
Green salad with walnuts
Bread selection with butter and cream cheese spread

Selection of Baltic herring and buttered potatoes
Cold smoked salmon and lemon aioli
Cured breast of duck and cabbage salad
Smoked salmon and dilled cucumber
Marinated mushroom salad
Game fricadelles with Palace mustard
Green salad and vinaigrette
Bread selection with butter and cream cheese spread
Praline pastry and cherry compote

Optional main course for the selected buffet at 9 € per portion

Smoked salmon with dill potato pure and fennel sauce
Roasted corn chicken with lentil ragout and apple sauce
Neck of lamb stewed in white wine with thyme potatoes and rosemary sauce

The buffets are available for minimum of 20 persons. Please choose one menu for the whole group.
